SUNDAY'S TONGUE TWISTER

Betty Botter bought some butter,
"But," she said, "this butter's bitter.
If I bake this bitter butter,
It will make my batter bitter.
But a bit of better butter -
That would make my batter better."
So she bought a bit of butter,
Better than her bitter butter,
And she baked it in her batter,
And the batter was not bitter.
So 'twas better Betty Botter
Bought a bit of better butter.

Let's start a new habit, shall we?

 
I suggest we practise fun Tongue Twisters at weekends from now on. Practise till you get them right.. or till you have your tongue twisted! :P Well, either way, tongue twisters are a great activity because you'll be practising to improve your pronunciation while having fun and good laughs at the same time.

Tongue Twister Saturdays and Sundays, it is then!

Yellow butter, purple jelly, red jam, black bread.
Spread it thick, say it quick!
